We come from a variety of backgrounds. We affirm spiritual gifts in one another that illuminate the truth we were made in God’s image. God gives each of us a role to play in the restorative rule of God. 

Presence

In our worship, we acknowledge the presence of Christ in our midst. We are open to receiving ministry from Jesus Himself through the Holy Spirit. 

At City Church, Jesus is King

As followers of our divine King, we take worship seriously. Worship isn’t just our duty, and good music isn’t just uplifting. Worship is warfare. Worshiping God out of thanksgiving drives back despair.  Joyous singing pierces inner darkness. Worship forms us, and prepares us to engage with God’s living Word.

Our Vision is Simple

Jesus taught them to pray: “Your kingdom come, Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.”

Our great goal is to help transform believers in Christ into active disciples of Christ. Our great desire is to become like Christ, and help others do the same.
